In a recent fleet manager survey, Ford Pro found that commercial fleet managers spend over 23 hours a week¹⁶⁶⁹ on average juggling routine tasks ranging from scheduling service to managing drivers and tracking costs.

Ford Pro AI is here to help with this. The intelligent fleet assistant takes the millions of data points fleet vehicles generate — from seatbelt clicks to vehicle health signals — and turns them into insights they can act on.

Ford Pro has modernized the Vehicle Integration System with a new cloud-based experience designed to help customers work faster and more efficiently. The update improves performance, simplifies software management, and adds cloud-based logs and automatic alerts to support faster issue resolution

It also brings a cleaner, more intuitive user experience built on modern Ford Pro design and technology standards.

Today’s fleet managers are under pressure to reduce risk, but many driver scoring models can feel like a “black box,” making results harder to explain and coaching less consistent.

With Driver Scorecard 2.0, Ford Pro Telematics introduces a transparent 100-point rating built on six clear driving behavior categories and a normalized scoring model that accounts for trip duration. The result is a more understandable safety score that helps fleet managers coach with confidence and gives drivers a score they can trust.

Vehicle health data in Ford Pro Telematics Software helps customers stay informed about each vehicle’s current condition and upcoming service needs. To deliver even greater visibility, Ford Pro Telematics now includes four new Critical Warning Indicators for electronic parking brake, low brake fluid, ABS faults and gas particulate filter.

These new alerts help fleet managers identify issues earlier across key safety and emissions systems, so they can take action sooner and reduce maintenance costs.

Ford Pro is enhancing connectivity visibility in Ford Pro Telematics to give customers a clearer view of which vehicles are reporting, when they last updated and what may need attention next.

This enhancement adds new Connectivity and Last Updated details, hover-over guidance to help teams better understand disconnected vehicle status, and a new PID icon to distinguish plug-in devices from embedded modem vehicles in mixed fleets.

Customers can now have added clarity in the Detailed Speeding Report to help them better understand how certain speeding events appear in reporting. In some cases, events may display as “<60s” or “<10s” when speeding is detected at a single telemetry ping, but not at the ping immediately before or after.

This new enhancement from Ford Pro is a clarification to report behavior and event interpretation, not a change to the underlying speeding logic.

Ford Pro is expanding Online Service Booking to the Netherlands and Norway, giving fleet managers in both markets the ability to schedule service appointments directly through the existing OSB system. By extending this integration to additional key European markets, Ford Pro makes it easier to book service with participating Ford dealerships, helping fleets save time and keep vehicles on the road.

Ford Pro is introducing an updated left navigation experience designed to help customers get where they need to go faster. By organizing key areas in a clearer, more intuitive structure, the new navigation reduces friction in day-to-day workflows and makes important tools, reports, and settings easier to find.

The enhancement creates a cleaner, more intuitive experience across Ford Pro Telematics, helping customers find key tools faster, move between workflows more easily, and spend less time searching through pages.

Ford Pro is enhancing Ford Pro Telematics with a faster 5-second emit rate for embedded modem vehicles, improving the frequency of key signals like position, speed, odometer, and heading. By increasing updates from every 30 seconds to every 5 seconds, this enhancement gives fleet managers a more accurate, up-to-date view of vehicle movement across Live Map, Trip History, and geofence activity.

The result is better location accuracy, improved route visualization, and faster identification of vehicle entry and exit events — helping fleets support more precise dispatching, stronger operational awareness, and better vehicle utilization.
