Charger Health Alerts
 – The “Services” tab is now called “Charger Health.” This tab offers detailed insights to help maintain uptime of your electric fleet vehicle. We’ve made it easier to filter charger health alerts, with clear definitions for high-, medium-, and low-severity levels. For notifications, Charger Faults (now “Charger Alerts”) and Connectivity Loss Alerts have been divided into separate categories.

Instead of an “Error Code,” new charger health alerts will now come with an alert “Code.” This code will help the Ford support team identify the specific issue with your charger (available in North America).

A “Charger LED Indicator” is now available within the charger health alert on the “Charger Health” tab. It will describe the charger’s LED signal on display, such as “Blinking Red light.”

A new “Support” button will be available in the bottom-right corner of the Charger Health tab. This button will take you to a customer support page, where you will find support guides, the contact details for our customer support team, and live chat support (available in North America).

We’re constantly refining Ford ProTM software to improve the user experience and empower fleet managers to harness the full potential of their data.
