What’s New

Available now in the U.S., U.K., France, Italy, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Norway

NEW Vehicle Insight

Ford ProTM E-Switch Assist – E-Switch Assist analyzes an organization’s vehicle data to evaluate whether its current gas-powered vehicles are suitable to transition to electric vehicles, such as the Ford F-150® Lightning® truck or the all-electric E-TransitTM van. This new tool is powered by vehicle data—either entered manually or automatically pulled from the vehicle’s activated modem. It takes in data to account for distance driven, cargo load, vehicle efficiency, terrain, driver-specific behavior, external climate, and cabin heating load. The tool also estimates the required number of daily charges for both individual vehicles and fleets of all sizes.

NEW Feature

Circuit Load Management –
New for Ford Pro Charging Software291 subscribers is Circuit Load Management. Available now, this feature helps customers leverage their existing electrical capacity, helping avoid costly electrical upgrades to support electric vehicle charging. The tool uses automation to balance circuit breaker capacity while charging to help prevent overloads and can be used for both circuit- and panel-level electrical load management.

Load management software can allow businesses to install chargers at sites where it might not otherwise be possible. For example, two
Ford Pro Series 2 80-amp chargers can be installed on a single 100-amp circuit, with Circuit Load Management automatically sharing the electricity between them.

We continue to improve the functionality of Ford Pro software because we strive to help increase the efficiency of businesses that rely on commercial vehicles. Our commitment to innovation means fleet managers can always expect more from Ford Pro Intelligence.309 Looking for more information on Ford Pro software?
